What are Vesta Candles made of?
Our candles are hand poured using a high-quality soy blend wax, carefully selected for a clean, even, and long-lasting burn. We use premium fragrance oils and thoughtfully chosen wicks to ensure a balanced, refined, and enjoyable experience.

Are your candles hand poured?
Yes. All Vesta Candles are hand poured in small batches, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and attention to every detail.

What size are your candles?
Each Vesta Candle contains 8 oz (227 g) of wax and offers an approximate burn time of 50–52 hours, depending on candle care and environment.

How strong is the fragrance?
Fragrance strength can vary depending on room size and airflow. Our candles tend to perform best in smaller to medium-sized spaces, where the scent can gently fill the room without being overpowering.

How should I care for my candle?
For the best experience, allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar during the first burn. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Proper care helps your candle burn cleaner, last longer, and perform at its best.

Do Vesta Candles promote relaxation and wellness?
Our candles are designed to help create calm, comforting spaces and support moments of relaxation and mindfulness. While they are not intended as medical treatment, many of our fragrances are thoughtfully crafted to complement self-care and mental wellness rituals.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All Vesta Candles are hand poured and prepared in small batches. Orders are processed within a standard processing timeframe before being shipped on our scheduled shipping days. This approach allows us to ensure quality, freshness, and attention to every detail. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the candle is unused, unburned, and returned in its original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been lit.

Can I return a candle if I don’t like the scent?
Because fragrance preference is personal and subjective, we do not accept returns based on scent preference. We encourage you to read each scent description carefully before purchasing.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box so we can assist you promptly.

Are your candles safe?
Yes, when used responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects. Always follow basic candle safety guidelines.
