Vesta Candles — Purchase & Safe Use Terms

By purchasing from Vesta Candles, you agree to use all products safely and in accordance with any care instructions, warnings, and common-sense fire safety practices. Candles should always be burned within sight, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable items, and on a stable, heat-safe surface. Customers agree to follow our Candle Care instructions, including placing the candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials, trimming the cotton wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn, allowing the wax to melt evenly across the surface to help prevent tunneling, and never burning a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Candles should never be left unattended and should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn a candle if the jar is cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged. Vesta Candles is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or unsafe burning conditions.

Vesta Candles sells merchandise only to individuals who can legally purchase and use such items in their jurisdiction. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase our products and that ownership and use of these products is permitted in your state, county, and/or city of residence.

Candle Care & Performance Notes: Vesta Candles are hand-poured with natural waxes and cotton wicks. Minor variations in appearance can occur and are part of the handmade process. Candle performance can be affected by burn habits and environment. Issues caused by not following Candle Care guidance—such as preventable tunneling, soot from an untrimmed wick, or problems related to drafts—are not considered product defects.
